Terms and Conditions

We have published these terms and conditions. They are simple and straightforward.

Upon ordering the road ready replica, a payment schedule is set up immediately with the first 33% due at signing. Three months later, we would like to get the next 33% and finally, the last 34% or balance is due ten days prior to shipment. This keeps all parts and systems coming so we can get the car finished in a timely and organized manner and ready for you to pick up and race away.  This total time frame would be on average of four to six months.

If you are ordering a fast build kit, the first 66% is due at signing, and 17% due in two equal amounts not exceeding the due date of ten days prior to shipment. This total time frame will be on average of 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 months.

We sell exotic British race replicas and our job is to make sure that when you receive and drive your motor car, we will not be able to pry the keys out from your hands. We guarantee it.

The cars are supplied with extensive paintwork, chassis and mechanical warranties.
Six, ten and one year respectively.

Motor car and fast build kit orders are on a first-come first-served basis. We reserve the right to change our production schedule if we need to. We also promise to let you know if something can’t make it on time. In order to put you on our production schedule, we do need a deposit. When we get your deposit, we’ll send you out a confirmation of the order right away. Your ship date will be clearly indicated. When the motorcar or fast build kit is ready, you will pay the balance. We request final payment ten business days before the actual ship date.. Payments need to be made by Certified or Bank Cashiers check or electronic funds transfer. Sorry no personal checks. They cause far too many headaches.

Everything we sell is FOB Birch Run, MI. This means you get the motor car or fast build kit from our dock to your home. Shipping charges are your responsibility and are paid from you to the shipper. We will try to help coordinate your production date and the pick-up of your kit by our shipper, but this is your job.

Prices can change, but our quote to you doesn’t. We stand by our quote. For the few out there looking to cause us grief, “prices are subject to change.”
